One of the biggest problems that home business owners run into is closing the sale….

When it comes to closing the sale techniques, this is probably the category that most home business owners have a hard time with. Why, you might ask? Simply because people are afraid to ask for the sale! You can be a fantastic inviter and a fantastic presenter, but if you don’t know how to close the sale, what good is any of that?

You have to ask for the sale!

When it comes to closing there is one other thing that you need to get good at and that is overcoming objections. After the first exposure, the majority of your prospects will come up with some sort of objection as to why they can’t join you in your business. There are three very typical objections, I don’t have the time, I don’t have the money and It looks like a pyramid….

The Feel, Felt Found Method can be very powerful!

If you use this line correctly you can overcome just about any objection that your prospect can throw at you. Lets say for example your prospect tells you that they don’t have enough time to do this business…

You would simply reply with, “you know, I totally understand how you feel… In fact I felt the same exact way when I first saw this, but what I found was, if I dedicated just an hour or two a day to this business, I would be able to create a second stream of income that could surpass the income from my job.”

See how simple that was? You can literally use that for basically any objection and it will help you maintain control of the conversation and have your prospect looking at things in a very different way.

The great part about this method is that it doesn’t make your prospect feel weird, in fact, it makes them feel like joining is their idea which is even better!

By following these two suggestions, it won’t be long before you master the art of closing the sale. The more you practice, the better you are going to get! So i encourage you to go out there and start testing this out. Step out of your comfort zone and see for yourself how well this works!
